She wrote a detailed script for finalizing the site, which the manager coordinated for 3 (!) months. At the same time, he was reminded of the need to look at the proposal weekly. One of the reasons is the lack of feedback on the site script and many other tasks. As a result, the manager called back in half an hour and agreed on everything. The threat of losing a good specialist worked: if not for her, it is not known how long the approval would take. Of course, it is not easy for leaders to rebuild themselves.



But try to start with the simplest steps. For example, bring employees some business books that inspire you, ask them to share their opinion about what they read after reading. Once a week or more, discuss your goals and how to achieve them. Praise a job well done. Discuss what skills the employee lacks and what courses would help solve this problem. You will see how not only your relationship with the company's marketer is changing for the better, but also the attitude of your customers towards your company.
