The objective of this work is to present an overview of teleworking, a reality that gained amplitude with the pandemic resulting from Covid-, and identify the main aspects, the impacts on the employee's health and quality of life, as well as the application of measures that can contribute to its improvement. Although the pandemic has had a major impact on labor relations, technology and the computerization of a large part of economic and labor activities have also changed the organization of work. It was very common for the only place of work to be the employer's headquarters; however, most activities, with technology and computerization, can be performed anywhere. The teleworking regime was one of the ways found to mitigate the negative effects of the health crisis created by the coronavirus. Telework Telework is the provision of services predominantly outside the employer's premises, using information and communication technologies that, by their nature, do not constitute external work , that is, work that, due to its nature, It is performed in places outside the company, such as drivers, representatives, salespeople, etc. The expression "home office" is the specific term for work carried out at home.
