Offshore wind energy is that source of clean and renewable energy that is obtained by taking advantage of the force of the wind that is produced on the high seas, where it reaches a higher speed, thanks to the absence of barriers. To make the most of this resource, mega structures equipped with the latest technological innovations are built on the seabed. This is why this new form of clean energy generation last year connected 21.1 GW of offshore wind to the electrical grids of different countries on a global scale.
