New research by Capterra heard 1,063 consumers across the country to investigate people's behavior when using mobile devices to shop online (see complete methodology at the end of the text). In the survey, the first indication of the protagonism of mobile devices comes with the very definition of users: 64% defined themselves as Mobile First (in literal translation, mobile devices first), this means that they connect to the internet especially using mobile devices, such as cell phones. or tablet. In second position appears the computer (desktop or notebook), selected by 62% of respondents; less cited were tablets and wearable technologies, such as smartwatch.
